Parma will meet Braga of Portugal in the round of 32 in the Uefa Cup while Livorno host Spain's Espanyol in the first leg of their knock-out match.
Australians Lucas Neill and Brett Emerton of Blackburn will play against Bayer Leverkusen.
Defending champions Sevilla will travel to Romania to play former European champions Steaua Bucharest, who are one of eight teams to enter the UEFA Cup after finishing third in their Champions League group.
Bundesliga leaders Werder Bremen will play Ajax, Benfica take on Dinamo Bucharest and Bordeaux meet Osasuna.
The first leg of each tie will be played on the 14th and 15th February, with the return match a week afterwards.
