Champions League: Four Serie A clubs to represent Italy Print E-mail

Sample ImageFiorentina fended off Slavia Prague to progress to the group stage of the 2008/09 UEFA Champions League and will face Luca Toni's Bayern Munich, Lyon and Steaua Bucharest while Juventus beat Artmedia and will take on Real Madrid, Zenit and Bate.

Italian Serie A Champions Inter Milan will compete against German side Werder Bremen, Greeks Panathinaikos and Cypriots Anorthosis.

 

Serie A runner-up Roma will need to overcome Chelsea, Bordeaux and Romanian side CFR.
