Champion leg-spinner Shane Warne starred in the latest round of county cricket in England, taking 11 wickets to bowl Hampshire to a 50-run victory over Durham.
Warne followed his 6-83 in the first innings with 5-50 in the second as his side overcame AusItalian Michael Di Venuto's Durham, while former Test team-mate Stuart Clark had match figures of 2-104.
Di Venuto was gallant in defeat, making contributions of 124 and 50.
Victorian star Brad Hodge carved the Kent attack as he made an unbeaten 156 in Lancashire's comfortable eight-wicket win.
His Bushrangers team-mate Cameron White was also in fine touch, making 65 in Somerset's 7-410, to help his side to a massive innings-and-151-run win over Gloucestershire.
A century by Queensland veteran Andy Bichel was not enough to lift Essex to victory over Middlesex.
Bichel, who had earlier taken 1-52 to dismiss Middlesex in the first innings for 177, made 102 in Essex's 376 but snared just the one scalp in the second innings as the match petered out to a draw. Sportal
